Osborne Clarke advises PLESH on funding round
Osborne Clarke has advised PLESH, a catalan start-up specialising in chocolate snacks with no added sugar, on its latest funding round, backed in Spain by streamer and content creator Ibai Llanos and former professional footballer Gerard Piqué.
The investment goes beyond a traditional financial backing, with both Llanos and Piqué joining PLESH as co-founders and taking an active role in the development of the company’s product, brand and community.
The team
PLESH was founded by Jaume Betrian, Juan Umbert and Adria Colominas, who will continue to lead the company as it enters its next phase of development.
Osborne Clarke advised PLESH through its Venture Capital team, comprising David Miranda, David Nava, Maria Dominguez and Javier Sanjuán.
