Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advises Loxam on Vycas
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Loxam, a European equipment rental company, on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Vallas y Cierres Asturias (Vycas), a company engaged in the manufacturing, distribution and rental of modular buildings and fencing solutions with an established presence in the Spanish market.
Through the acquisition, Loxam strengthens its offering of solutions for the construction and industrial sectors, expanding its capabilities and footprint in areas complementary to its core business.
The team
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader provided legal advice on all aspects of the transaction. The team was led by Eduardo Pérez, Partner in the Corporate M&A practice, together with Rocío Torres, Associate, and Lucía Señan.
