Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advises Grupo Joanca sale
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised the shareholders of Grupo Joanca, a Burgos-based logistics group, on the sale of 100% of the share capital of Joanca Logística y Transportes and Plataforma Logística Aranda to Nansen Global Investment, an investment vehicle of Sherpa Private Equity.
The transaction marks the integration of both companies into OnRoute, the group led by Nansen Global Investment, which has pursued a consolidation strategy in the logistics sector since February 2024 through the acquisition of companies such as Talaexprés, Logística Carosán, Futrans and Transnugón, with operations across Castilla-La Mancha, the Valencian Community, Extremadura and Portugal. In addition, two of the sellers have reinvested in Nansen Global Investment, underscoring their commitment to the group’s growth strategy and future development.
