Durán-Sindreu appoints Toni Beltrán as partner
Durán-Sindreu has incorporated Toni Beltrán as its new partner in the labour management and payroll area.
Beltrán brings more than 30 years of experience in labour relations, personnel administration and payroll management, having spent much of his career heading labour departments at professional firms and business advisory practices.
Throughout his career, Beltrán has advised companies of various sectors and sizes on matters including employment contracting, personnel administration, labour costs, restructuring processes, social security, occupational risk prevention and relations with public bodies. He has also led specialized teams and overseen high monthly payroll volumes.
The profile
Beltrán holds a degree in Labour Relations from the University of Barcelona, along with a Master’s in Personnel Management and Human Resources and a Master’s in Occupational Risk Prevention, specializing in safety. He maintains ongoing training on regulatory and operational developments in labour and social security matters, together with expertise in the technological tools most widely used in labour and payroll management.
