Durán-Sindreu appoints Pedro Villar Algaba as tax compliance partner

Durán-Sindreu has appointed Pedro Villar Algaba as partner in its tax compliance practice, as part of its broader growth strategy.

Villar Algaba brings over 20 years of experience in tax and accounting advisory, supporting companies in managing their tax, accounting and corporate obligations at both national and international levels. His expertise includes tax planning, compliance, preparation and review of tax filings, and accounting management.

An economist by training, with degrees in Economics and Political Science, Villar Algaba joins a firm of around 60 professionals and further strengthens its capabilities in high-impact advisory services.
Villar Algaba is also a member of the Standing Committee of the Tax Commission at the Colegio de Economistas de Catalunya, where he is involved in tax-related initiatives and discussions.
