DLA Piper advises Savills on €38m Alicante shopping centre sale to UBS

DLA Piper advised Savills Investment Management on the selling of Outlet Stores Alicante to UBS for €38 million.

The Alicante shopping centre started operating in 2004 and, after its acquisition by Savills in 2013 it was refurbished. Then, tn 2018, the company carried out a remodelling of the complex and expanded the outlet space by almost 4,000 square metres. It is just under 100 per cent occupied.
