Cuatrecasas advises Engel on Helmut Roegele
Cuatrecasas has advised Austrian injection moulding machinery manufacturer Engel Austria GmbH on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Helmut Roegele, S.A., its long-standing commercial partner in Spain.
Since 1972, Roegele has supported clients across key sectors such as automotive, packaging, medical and technical moulding, providing sales, technical assistance, training and consultancy services related to Engel’s injection moulding solutions.
Following the transaction, customers will continue to work with their established points of contact and benefit from their deep local market expertise, now reinforced by direct integration into the Engel Group.
