GA_P advises on €200M financing for All Iron Socimi
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised a syndicate of lenders led by Santander and Kutxabank on a €200 million syndicated financing granted to All Iron Socimi.
The team
The GA_P team was led by partner Paula Zarzalejos Buesa and associate Juan Ferreras Estrada, both from the banking and finance practice, with the support of associates Rafael Espinosa Nieto, Patricia González de Huelbes and Carmelo Morales Salomón.
Derivatives aspects of the transaction were advised by José Francisco Canalejas Merín, counsel in the banking and finance team.
