Across Legal promotes Marc Pereta to partner
Across Legal has named Marc Pereta Farré as partner in its venture capital and M&A practice, elevating him from his previous role as senior associate.
Pereta Farré joined Across Legal in November 2015 and has built his entire career at the firm. Over more than a decade, he has accumulated experience advising start-ups and high-growth companies, as well as family offices and venture capital funds, on the structuring and negotiation of investment rounds, corporate governance, corporate restructurings and M&A transactions.
The profile
Among the transactions in which Pereta Farré has been involved are the sale of IriusRisk, a company specialising in threat modelling and application security solutions, to ThreatModeler the entry of GCO Ventures (Grupo Catalana Occidente) into the capital of Cuideo, a digital home care platform; a €20 million financing round for Red Points, a technology company specialising in anti-piracy solutions; a €10 million financing round for Sequentia Biotech, a bioinformatics company focused on the analysis and application of omics data and a financing round of approximately €13 million for Murphy AI, in which he advised one of the investors, Enzo Ventures.
