Cerejeira Namora advises on the PaperFlow Group acquisition
Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão has advised the partners of Fox & Temple, the family office of the Group’s CEO, on the acquisition of the entire share capital of the French-based Paperflow Group, which comprises an industrial unit in Portugal and a company in Lille, France.
In recent years, the Paperflow Group has recorded an average annual turnover of around €15 million and employs approximately 110 people. It produces furniture for collective and shared spaces, including offices, social areas, lobbies and reception areas, serving sectors such as services, banking, insurance and hospitality, with particular prominence in the German and French markets.
The Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão team advising the family office was coordinated by partner Pedro da Costa Mendes and included, among others, the support of Marta Outeiro Correia (principal associate).
