Cuatrecasas advises CaixaBank on €85M Puy du Fou
Cuatrecasas has advised CaixaBank on an €85 million syndicated financing granted to Puy du Fou España in connection with its theme park in Toledo, a Spanish cultural and tourism project.
The financing has been provided by CaixaBank together with a group of financial institutions, with CaixaBank acting as agent bank and sole coordinator of the transaction.
