Cuatrecasas acts for Prodiel on its €650m PV portfolio sale to Endesa

Cuatrecasas has assisted Prodiel with the sale of eight of its PV projects with a total investment value of €630 million to Endesa

Prodiel Group has sold Endesa, through its renewables subsidiary Enel Green Power España (EGPE), eight 900 megawatt photovoltaic projects with a total investment value of €630 million.

The main joint objective of both companies is to carry out an energy transformation to eliminate emissions through a model that ensures the development of the territories where the generation plants will be located, in Castilla-La Mancha and Madrid.

Prodiel SL, a Seville-based renewables contractor and developer, confirmed the transaction on its social media channels.

Cuatrecasas´team was led by partner José Moya (pictured left), involving associate Oscar Martín (pictured top right) and junior associate Alejandro Aramburu (pictured bottom right).
