The portfolio consists of several solar photovoltaic projects with a combined minimum capacity of approximately 120MW, once fully constructed and operational.

The Clifford Chance core team consisted of Madrid office partner José Guardo (pictured middle centre) and Project lawyers Eduardo Sánchez (pictured middle right), Gabriel Miranda (pictured bottom centre) and Alejandro Cubillo (pictured bottom right), who were assisted by a Washington, DC-based team comprising partner Fabricio Longhin and Special Legal Consultant Alan Sakar Azuara.
From Grenergy side, the in-house team was led by Madrid office Grenergy Renovables head of legal Álvaro Ruiz (pictured left) and included contract manager Javier Ferrando (pictured top right), and Grenergy Chilean office in-house lawyer Pablo Abell (pictured top centre).
