Cases & Lacambra advises on the sale of Hotel Mercury Santa Susanna

Cases & Lacambra has advised JC Marlin Capital, a private equity firm, on the sale of Hotel Mercury Santa Susanna, located on the Maresme coast in Barcelona. The four-star accommodation has been acquired by a consortium formed by several family offices in the hotel sector, including Alegria Hotels.

The advice provided by Cases & Lacambra has covered the sale of the property, as well as other complementary and ancillary assets.

The transaction has been led by Marta González-Llera, Real Estate and Urban Planning partner, together with associate Pablo Bonet.
