Ontier advises Born Living Yoga in its latest investment round
Ontier has acted as legal advisor to Born Living Yoga, a Spanish company founded by the Roca Puig family, in the framework of its latest investment round, in a transaction that has been supported by the Spanish renowned soccer player Saúl Ñíguez and other private investors.
With this capital injection, Born plans to strengthen its presence in the national territory and reinforce its international expansion, while continuing its exponential growth on its way to become the reference brand in the athleisure sector.
The transaction has been led by Ignacio Arce Orejas and Laura Zaldívar Lobato, lawyers from the Corporate & M&A team.
