PPCP Legal & Finance and Hernández Echevarría advise Enerfip España and Energreen Group on debt issuance

PPCP Legal & Finance and Hernández Echevarría Abogados have advised Enerfip España and Energreen Group on the issuance and placement of debt securities in the French and European markets.

The placement was available for direct investment through Enerfip’s crowdfunding platform, but demand exceeded all expectations, and it was fully subscribed in less than eight hours. Now, investors will have to wait for the next tranche following the success of this initial phase.

With this move, Enerfip España and Energreen Group strengthen their presence in alternative financing markets and further consolidate their expansion strategy in the energy sector.

The legal team for the transaction was formed by Eduardo Sebastián de Erice and Pilar Fontán Rowe from Hernández Echevarría Abogados, while José María Galilea, José Antonio Caicoya, and María Real advised from PPCP Legal & Finance.
