Baker McKenzie and KPMG in the sale of iDoctus

Baker McKenzie has advised the two founding partners of eDoctores Soluciones (iDoctus) on the sale of their respective participation percentages to M3 MEDICAL HOLDINGS LIMITED, a company belonging to a large multinational group in the pharma sector that is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

iDoctus is a trusted provider of prescribing information and clinical decision support services to doctors in Spain, Mexico and rest of Latin America, with localized content in 19 countries

The legal team advising the founding partners of eDoctores Soluciones was led by partner Javier Menor with the support of Alba Anegón (special counsel), Pablo Garcia (associate) and Isabel Rodriguez.

KPMG Abogados advised M3 with Luis Gomez Angelats and Adrian Castro.
