Ashurst acts for Iridium on the sale of the group’s shares in six shadow toll concessions

Ashurst advised Iridium, a subsidiary of ACS, on the selling to Hermes fund of 74% of its shares in the six sections of the ‘shadow toll’ dual highway it has under concession in Spain

The ACS Group sold 74% of the shares held by its subsidiary Iridium in six shadow toll motorway concessions to the Hermes Infrastructure Fund for 703 million euros, having valued 100% of the assets at 950 million euros.

The operation, led by Ashurts´ managing partner in Madrid, Jorge Vázquez (pictured) includes two concessions in Catalonia (Eix Diagonal and Reus-Alcover), one in Castilla la Mancha (Autovía de la Mancha), one in Castilla y León (Autovía de los Pinares), one in Navarra (Autovía del Pirineo) and one in Galicia (Santiago-Brion).
