Argali advises Tudefrigo on Everwood Capital deal
Argali Abogados has advised Grupo Tudefrigo on the transaction through which Everwood Capital acquired the company, previously owned by the Tudero family.
The deal integrates the group into the fund’s logistics platform and strengthens its presence in the refrigerated transport sector across Spain and Portugal.
The team
The transaction involved the transfer of a corporate structure comprising two holding companies and several subsidiaries in Spain, Portugal and Morocco, requiring legal coordination across multiple jurisdictions given the international scope of the operation. Argali Abogados advised Grupo Tudefrigo throughout all phases of the transaction, including the structuring of the deal, negotiation of the contractual documentation and closing of the sale.
