Argali, abogados incorporates Jose Serra as a partner in charge of the Real Estate and Urban Planning department

Jose Serra has joined the Argali, abogados team as the new partner and head of the Real Estate and Urban Planning department, a key department that has experienced significant growth in recent years at this law firm specialising in Commercial transactions.

A Law graduate from the Universidad de Valencia, Serra has consolidated his expertise with a Master’s degree in Financial and Tax Law from the same institution. With more than ten years of experience in the Legal profession, the lawyer has been advising national and foreign companies on highly complex Commercial transactions.

Having practised in the Real Estate Law department of Uría Menéndez in Madrid until 2017, he previously worked in Telefónica’s Brussels office (2014). Serra has acquired extensive expertise in all types of Real Estate transactions, including the direct sale and purchase of Real Estate assets (shopping centres, hotels, offices, residential buildings and logistics warehouses); numerous companies Mergers and Acquisitions involving the transfer of Real Estate assets; the preparation and drafting of leases and sale and leaseback transactions.
