Andersen adds Juan Martínez as tax partner
Andersen has incorporated Juan Martínez as Partner in its Tax department. The lawyer brings more than 25 years of experience advising international groups and high-net-worth individuals, with a particular focus on international taxation, cross-border transactions and transfer pricing.
Martínez’s arrival strengthens the firm’s capacity to support clients with complex tax needs in an environment shaped by the globalization of operations, growing regulatory pressure and the need for tax-efficient and secure structures.

Martínez holds a law degree from the University of Valencia and completed further training at Leiden University, where he specialized in international taxation and transfer pricing, alongside specific programs at IESE Business School and the University of Oxford. He has built his career at international firms, focusing on corporate clients and startups, most of them with an international footprint or engaged in cross-border operations. He also teaches at business schools and speaks regularly at events on international taxation and transfer pricing.
