Andersen advises Kutxabank on €25M Dehesa loan
Andersen has provided legal advice to the banking syndicate led by Kutxabank —acting as payment agent and coordinator— on a €25 million financing facility granted to Dehesa Partners. Laboral Kutxa and Caja Rural de Navarra also participated in the syndicate. The financing will cover up to 40% of the total investment associated with a portfolio of acquisitions of land and rights linked to operating solar photovoltaic installations in Spain, with the remaining amount funded by Dehesa Partners through its own equity.
The transaction is built around a financing structure applied to an asset class still emerging in the Spanish market: the land underlying photovoltaic installations already in operation.
