Ana Ferreira Neves is the new partner at Telles
Telles has promoted Ana Ferreira Neves to partner of the digital, privacy and cybersecurity practice area. With 24 years of professional experience, Ana Ferreira Neves is a leading lawyer in her field. With a multidisciplinary approach to the legal complexities of the digital economy, Ana Ferreira Neves has accompanied relevant technology projects, with a particular focus on areas such as artificial intelligence, software, consumer law, big data and the Internet of Things (IoT). With this addition, Telles now has 23 partners out of a total of 150 lawyers.

About Ana Ferreira Neves
Ana Ferreira Neves has a postgraduate degree in E-Commerce and Regulation of Digital Services from Faculdade de Direito of Universidade de Lisboa, and in Commercial Law from the Faculdade de Direito of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, having graduated in this latter. Her professional experience includes advising companies on drafting and negotiation of their software contracts, collaboration agreements between companies regarding the development and commercial exploitation of new technologies, audits of companies in various sectors, as well as the definition and implementation of robust compliance strategies to ensure that companies act in accordance with the legislation in force.
