DLA Piper advises the lenders in the financing of Red Aeroportuaria Austral

DLA Piper has advised in Spanish law the lenders in the financing of Red Aeroportuaria Austral Sociedad Concesionaria, a consortium formed by Cointer and Blackrock.

The project involves the expansion, repair, maintenance and replacement of the existing infrastructure of two airports located in the south of Chile: Carlos Ibáñez del Campo Airport in Punta Arenas and Balmaceda Aerodrome near Coyhaique, for an amount of approximately USD 100,000,000.

The DLA Piper team has been formed by César Herrero Mazarío, partner, Felipe López Sánchez, senior associate, and Sara Espina Sánchez, associate.
