Mariscal Abogados and Auren on Salvi Groupe
Mariscal Abogados, working alongside Auren and French law firm Jouffroy & Fileas JDA, has advised French transport and logistics group Salvi Groupe on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Serret, a haulage company headquartered in Castellón, Spain.
With nearly five decades of experience in the transport sector, the French group continues to pursue growth opportunities aimed at enhancing its operational capabilities and optimising its logistics network.
Mariscal Abogados provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction, including the legal due diligence process, the structuring and execution of the acquisition financing granted by BANQUE POPULAIRE BOURGOGNE FRANCHE-COMTE, BANQUE CIC EST y SOCIÉTÉ GÉNÉRALE and the negotiation and completion of the share purchase agreement. The lending syndicate was advised by CMS.
