Mariscal advises apetito AG on Spain buyout
Apetito AG has acquired the remaining 35% of the share capital of Apetito Arqués, consolidating full ownership of its Spanish subsidiary. The German food solutions group already held a 65% majority stake in the company prior to the transaction.
Apetito Arqués, headquartered in Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona), is a provider of premium ready-to-eat frozen meal solutions in Spain, serving the healthcare, social care, disability, hospitality and catering sectors. The company offers flexible kitchen models adapted to the specific needs of each client, with nationwide coverage.
