Ejaso advises Bullnet Capital on €2.5M Impetux deal
Ejaso has advised Bullnet Capital on a €2.5 million investment round in Impetux Optics, a spin-off of the Universitat de Barcelona specialising in advanced photonic instrumentation for life sciences.
Ejaso provided comprehensive legal counsel throughout the structuring, negotiation, and execution of the investment. The investment is backed by the SME Guarantee Mechanism of InnovFin, financially supported by the European Union under the financial instruments of Horizon 2020.
About Impetux Optics
Founded in 2012 and originating from research conducted at the Faculty of Physics of the Universitat de Barcelona, Impetux Optics develops optical tweezers systems and advanced confocal microscopy solutions for applications in cell biology, drug discovery, and quantitative analysis. The company’s proprietary technology is based on acousto-optical deflectors (AOD), enabling a fully solid-state and programmable confocal microscopy architecture.
