J+Legal and Abreu on BlueCrow investment in Offcoustic
J+Legal has advised BlueCrow Capital on a financing operation involving Offcoustic, a Portuguese start-up founded by Rodrigo Pessoa Jorge that develops acoustic cabin solutions for office and co-working environments. Offcoustic was advised by Abreu Advogados.
The transaction consisted of a combined investment and financing structure designed to support Offcoustic’s operational activity and expansion plans. The deal is intended to strengthen Offcoustic’s productive capacity and accelerate its growth trajectory. BlueCrow Capital, which focuses on Portuguese companies with high appreciation potential.
