Auren integrates Ifedes to boost consulting
Auren has integrated Valencia-based firm Ifedes into its Consulting division, aiming at reinforcing its capabilities in strategic consulting, market development, and organisational transformation. The operation adds a team of 15 professionals to Auren’s Valencia office and brings Tomás Guillén, director general of Grupo Ifedes since 1992, on board as a partner in the Business Strategy area.
Ifedes, which has operated for more than 30 years, has developed a proprietary model combining Market Development and Change Management, accompanying companies from strategic definition through to the operational implementation of projects. The firm also has experience working alongside institutions, sector associations, and technology institutes.
The 15 professionals joining Auren bring expertise across strategy, marketing, sales, internationalisation, innovation, organisation, and change management. The integration expands Auren’s existing consulting capabilities — which already covered logistics, supply chain, process management, business analytics, and cost optimisation — into areas such as business transformation, commercial development, customer experience, and innovation.
