Ejaso advises on €13M real estate deal
Ejaso has advised a Spanish family office on the conversion of a citrus-producing agricultural cooperative (S.A.T.) into a limited liability company holding real estate assets, and the subsequent sale of that entity to British investment manager Regenerate Asset Management, which specialises in regenerative agriculture, sustainability, and natural assets. The transaction was valued at €13 million.
The Ejaso corporate team provided comprehensive legal counsel throughout the corporate transformation process and the sale, handling a cross-border transaction with both domestic and international dimensions.
The team
The Ejaso team was led by Javier Romero, managing partner of the firm’s Seville office, supported by Ana Soltero, senior associate.
