Andersen advises Inespasa shareholders on 93% sale

Andersen has advised the shareholders of Industria Especializada en Aeronáutica (Inespasa), a Seville-based company specialising in the design, development and manufacture of aerospace tooling, on the sale of 93% of its share capital to a group of investors. The incoming shareholders include investment fund Sucellos and Menako Capital, an investor-operator focused on special situations in Spain and Portugal with selective presence across the rest of Europe.

The entry of the new shareholders is expected to reinforce Inespasa’s industrial and technological capabilities and strengthen its international positioning across key aerospace and defence programmes.

The advisory was led by Marta Morales, partner, together with Arturo Murillo, associate, both from Andersen’s Corporate department. The team’s work focused on aligning the transaction with Inespasa’s strategic objectives and facilitating the onboarding of long-term partners, while anticipating risks and identifying opportunities throughout the process.
