WomenX Impact 2024 celebrating female empowerment

The fourth annual WomenX Impact Summit transformed Milan into a global stage for women’s empowerment, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Held from 21 to 23 November at Talent Garden Calabiana, the event attracted over 2,800 participants, both in-person and online, and featured more than 160 speakers, 40 hours of interactive workshops, 10 hours of Open Space Forums, and the backing of over 90 prestigious sponsors and partners.

This year’s summit delivered a distinctive blend of education, networking, innovation, and inspiration, cementing its reputation as a must-attend event for professionals dedicated to inclusivity and innovation.

Iberian Lawyer, as media partner of the event, added a unique perspective to the summit’s dialogue on inclusion and leadership. Ilaria Iaquinta, Iberian Lawyer’s editor-in-chief, delivered an intervention on the role of women in the business law sector, providing an analysis of the current landscape and challenges.

Groundbreaking formats andinitiatives

The 2024 edition introduced pioneering initiatives designed to engage a diverse and global audience:

  • WXI Career Days: A bridge between leading companies and emerging talent, fostering networking and career development opportunities.
  • Hackathon Powered by Eni: A creative challenge to design innovative solutions and dismantle gender stereotypes.
  • Open Space Forum: A platform for dialogue on contemporary issues such as artificial intelligence, compassionate leadership, and balancing career and parenting.
