Professor José Sá Reis joins PRA as of counsel

PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados has announced the integration of José Sá Reis as of counsel, strengthening its team with one of the most renowned specialists in commercial law and competition law. His professional experience includes working as a lawyer-linguist at the Court of Justice of the European Union and as a partner at Sousa Ferro & Associados. He is the author of several academic publications and actively participates in national and international conferences.

José Sá Reis is currently an associate professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto (FDUP), where he teaches various courses in corporate, economic and competition law. He also serves as the director of the Undergraduate Law Program. Holding a PhD focused on dispute resolution within the multilateral trade system, José Sá Reis also possesses an LLM in banking and finance law from the University of London.
