White & Case LLP advises Spanish banking consortium on the financing of Fertiberia Group
White & Case LLP has advised a Spanish banking consortium on the financing of Fertiberia Group, Spain’s largest fertilizer producer.
The financing is provided through a bond issue, which partially replaces existing debt, and through amendments of an existing revolving credit facility.
The White & Case team advised on all credit financing and banking matters under English, Spanish and Luxembourg law.
