Ventura Garcés López-Ibor hires Álvaro San Martín from Crowe Legal

Ventura Garcés López-Ibor has recruited Álvaro San Martín as a partner in its Barcelona office.

San Martín (pictured) was previously a partner at Crowe Legal. He has more than 15 years experience of advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate, financial, banking, insurance and regulatory matters. He specialises in the insurance sector – specifically insurtech companies – as well as venture capital.

His career has also included stints at Clifford Chance and PwC.
