Valadas Coriel & Associados joins multinational Grimaldi Alliance

Valadas Coriel & Associados is now part of an international network of law firms

With this deal, the multinational has strengthened its presence in Europe. Also, it has gained a new “strategic partner” in advising the more than 150 Italian companies operating in Portugal.

“This invitation is an important step in the consolidation of our internationalisation plan and will certainly represent a great added value for our clients”, said, in a statement, João Valadas Coriel (pictured), managing partner at Valadas Coriel & Associados. 

Grimaldi Alliance was founded by Grimaldi Studio Legale, has a presence in 39 countries and offices in Milan, Rome, Bari, Parma, London, Brussels, New York and Lugano.
