Vaciero signs collaboration agreement with AEMAB
Madrid-headquartered law firm Vaciero and AEMAB (Association of Alternative Stock Market Companies) have signed a collaboration agreement to provide training for listed companies.
The two entities have established a calendar of activities in which experts will analyse legal and financial issues that affect businesses listed on the alternative stock market.
The firm’s managing partner, Francisco Vaciero said: “Companies on the alternative stock market, like all other companies, are exposed to regulatory changes that affect them in their day to day”.
