CMS acts for Brookfield on €442m X-Elio acquisition
CMS advised Brookfield on the purchase of 50 per cent of photovoltaic energy company X-Elio from KKR and Acek.
The deal was valued at €442 million.
KKR and Brookfield will create a joint venture to control X-Elio and will jointly manage the business.
X-Elio, which specialises in photovoltaic energy development, had a turnover of €120.2m in 2018.
