Vaciero reinforces its Commercial department

Vaciero has hired Carmen Díez, who joins the firm from Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, as a senior associate to strengthen its Commercial area

Carmen Díez (pictured left) is a senior lawyer specialised in Real Estate Corporate operations. Specifically, she specialises in the financing, acquisition and sale of all types of property, such as offices, homes and shopping centres. She has experience in carrying out Legal Due Diligence in Corporate operations, as well as in the drafting, negotiation and review of Commercial contracts.

She has been working as Real Estate lawyer at Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo for the last three years. She has a degree in Law and in Business Administration & Management from the Universidad Europea de Madrid, and also holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Internet and Audiovisual Law from the same university. Likewise, she has prepared competitive examinations to enter the Judicial and Public Prosecution Career for five years.
