Uría advises Quantum Pacific on SailGP team acquisition
Uría Menéndez has advised Quantum Pacific on the acquisition of the Los Gallos Spain SailGP Team.
Los Gallos is the Spanish team competing in SailGP, the professional sailing league co-founded by Larry Ellison (Oracle).
Uría Menéndez advised on the transaction through a multidisciplinary team based in Madrid, covering corporate, tax, employment and digital law aspects.
The team
