Uría Menéndez advises on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and voting rights of Targobank

Uría Menéndez has advised Abanca Corporación Bancaria on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and voting rights of Targobank. This is its seventh acquisition in the last eight years, making it Spain’s seventh largest bank.

The firm´s team is formed of Francisco San Miguel (partner, M&A-private equity, Madrid); Antonio Guerra (partner, competition); Alejandra Roberts, (associate, M&A-private equity); Alberto Pérez (associate, competition). They all belong to the Madrid headquarters.
