The acquisition of Firmaprofesional, the advisors
RocaJunyent and KPMG Abogados have advised on the acquisition of Firmaprofesional by the Logalty group.
Firmaprofesional is a global signature operator that issues digital certificates and generates a series of value-added services for the market.
On the other hand, Logalty acts in the market as a trusted service provider. It guarantees the legal security of online transactions with proof by interposition. It offers e-procurement and certified electronic notification and communication services.
The purchase involves integrating a portfolio of a thousand clients that will allow Logalty to create geographical synergies and grow in areas such as public administration, education and healthcare.
The RocaJunyent team was formed by the partner, Xavier Foz (pictured), the associate, Jordi Bermúdez and the lawyer, Cristina Encina Cabrera.
The team from KPMG Abogados that advised Logalty was formed by the corporate and M&A law director, Andrés Iñigo together with the tax director, Jaime de la Rosa and the labour partner, Francisco Fernandez.
