Cuatrecasas advises on Node Spain’s financing

Cuatrecasas has advised DRC Savills on its agreement to finance Node Spain’s refurbishment of several residential properties in Barcelona and to enable it to continue its expansion in Spain in the development and management of residential and coliving properties.

The €30m deal will enable Node Spain not only to refurbish these properties, but also to open new buildings in Madrid and Bilbao, mainly.

The team from Cuatrecasas advising DRC Savills was formed by the partners (pictured from left to right) Iñigo de Luisa, Julio Brasa, Bernat Mullerat and the associate, Ángel Rodríguez.
