Teresa Valdelomar, Ontier’s new tax partner
Ontier strengthens its Tax Department with the incorporation of Teresa Valdelomar Martínez-Pardo, former partner and head of the Tax Department of Loyra Abogados, as partner, and Lara Domínguez Corvo as associate lawyer.

Teresa Valdelomar Martínez-Pardo
With more than 20 years of experience in tax consulting, Teresa Valdelomar joins the firm after having worked in multiple sectors, such as family business, entertainment, health, education and training, retail, real estate and industrial/energy.
Teresa studied law at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB) and simultaneously obtained a master’s degree in stock exchange and financial markets. After a brief incursion into the financial world, she completed the MAF at the Instituto de Empresa. Once completed, she began her professional career in law, advising national and international clients from different industries, both in their recurring business and in exceptional contexts, whether transactional (M&A and restructuring) or verification and inspection procedures, and large estates in their tax planning and in everything related to the protection and transmission of the “family legacy”.
Lara Domínguez Corvo
Lara Dominguez has a double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from CUNEF and has two Master’s degrees in Taxation/Tax Consultancy and Access to the Legal Profession from CEF. She worked at Deloitte for several years in the area of international taxation and, since 2021, has developed her career with a focus on comprehensive tax advice alongside Teresa Valdelomar.
