Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia unveils new corporate image

The law firm Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia presents itself to the market with a new corporate image after completing the integration process of Gómez-Villares Atencia into Montero Aramburu announced in April 2024. As of October, the new firm will operate as Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia, including the surnames of the four founding partners.

Leonardo Neri, co-managing partner of the firm, assures that “this change of corporate image goes beyond the visual aspect as it implies a new stage that will be decisive for the future of the firm, where we want to transmit both internally and externally our strategic positioning based on knowledge, commitment, closeness, and honesty, qualities and values with which we want to be identified”.

Turnover of 28 million euros

Led by managing partners Javier Valdecantos and Leonardo Neri, the professional services firm has a combined turnover of 28 million euros, a staff of 304 professionals including lawyers and economists and 370 people in total, and nine offices in Andalusia, the Canary Islands and Madrid. It has thus become a reference in Andalusia, and one of the most important national law firms in the Spanish legal profession in terms of turnover, number of professionals and clients.

Sectors

Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia combines and reinforces the experience of the professionals of both firms in the 17 main practice areas related to business law, which include tax, commercial, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, arbitration, labor, banking, financial and capital markets, public law, regulatory, civil and industrial and intellectual property. It also strengthens its capabilities to serve clients in some of the most relevant sectors of activity, such as real estate, energy, digital, tourism, telecommunications, sports and entertainment, among others.

“The new identity tries to reflect dynamism, spirit of progress and modernity, with a value proposition based on accompanying clients with solid, innovative, effective and honest legal solutions,” the firm says. The corporate colors of both firms give way to a new color palette (dark blue, light blue, sand and orange) that offers a mix of “confidence, professionalism, clarity and creativity,” they add.
