Andersen integrates Lozano Schindhelm law firm and launches German Desk

Andersen integrates the boutique specialized in German-speaking companies and clients Lozano Schindhelm, which had a turnover of 2.5 million in the last fiscal year, and will be accompanied by the launch of its German Desk, with the incorporation of a total of 13 professionals specialized in legal and tax advice to German-speaking companies and clients or with interests in these countries, mainly Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

Following the integration, the managing partner of Lozano Schindhelm, Fernando Lozano, becomes a partner in Andersen’s Corporate Department and head of the German Desk, and Maria Halatcheva, also a partner in the boutique, joins the firm as of counsel.

Lozano Schindhelm

Founded in 2005, during its trajectory, Lozano Schindhelm has accumulated great experience in advising companies in all areas of business law, with special focus on the commercial, real estate and tax areas, as well as in the management and accompaniment of large estates. Among his clients, German-speaking companies and individuals stand out, but he also accompanies companies from other countries with interests in Spain.

“The union between Andersen and Lozano Schindhelm will allow the clients of both firms to have an expanded and reinforced range of legal services, as the synergies between the teams and departments that make up both firms are many,” says José Vicente Morote, managing partner of Andersen Iberia. “We are proud of the incorporation of Fernando Lozano, Maria Halatcheva and their magnificent team, a group of professionals with whom we share values, a great international vocation and the aspiration to offer comprehensive advice based on quality, specialization and excellence,” he adds.

Fernando Lozano, Andersen’s new partner and head of the German Desk, emphasizes: “The integration in Andersen allows us to increase our capacity to provide value to German-speaking clients in Spain. Likewise, companies with interests in German-speaking countries will be able to count on Andersen’s first-class team, through the German Desk, to advise and support them in their projects”.
