Telles advises PSA on Amanhã Global acquisition

Telles Advogados has advised PSA Group on the acquisition of the majority of the capital of Amanhã Global S.A.

Telles Advogados advised PSA Group on the acquisition of the majority of Amanhã Global´s capital, owner of the reusable auto parts e-commerce platform B-Parts.com.

Portuguese B-Parts is a start-up based in Porto that is dedicated to the trade of reusable auto parts and whose current administration will remain in office. With this acquisition, PSA Group, owner of brands such as Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel and Vauxhall, becomes the first car manufacturer to enter the used parts market. An acquisition that aims to complete the French group´s strategy, which wants to be able to supply spare parts for cars and contribute to the reduction of the environmental footprint.
