Pérez-Llorca acts for Nazca Capital on IDP deal

Pérez-Llorca has acted for Nazca Capital on its acquisition of a majority stake in IDP

Spanish leader in BIM-based engineering services IDP, has teamed with Nazca Capital, a Spanish Private Equity firm focused on investing in the Spanish mid-market. IDP shareholders will rely on Nazca’s expertise in developing organic and inorganic growth projects to take advantage of relevant opportunities in the engineering sector, and to enhance the development of its digital services. Nazca will become a majority shareholder in IDP.

According to Carlos Carbó, CEO of Nazca Capital, “this is the second investment of Nazca´s Fund V and we are very excited to have partnered with a top-tier management and human team. Together we will address an ambitious growth plan providing our 20-year experience investing in SMEs in Spain.”

Pérez-Llorca advised Nazca Capital with a team led by Corporate Lawyer Carmen Reyna, together with Corporate associates Gonzalo Sánchez-Quiñones and Jaime Pérez Torroja.
