TELLES advises on APREN-APESF merger

TELLES has advised the two Portuguese business associations, APREN and APESF with their merger process

The two associations have merged to develop transversally the Photovoltaic Solar sector in Portugal, in the context of the climate transition towards decarbonisation, reinforcing the defence and promotion of Renewable Energies.

The transaction was led by partner Bruno Azevedo Rodrigues (pictured) and managing associate Frederico Félix Alves, from TELLES’ Finance, Projects and Capital Markets department, together with the associate João Lupi from the same team.
