SRS advises on sale of Huub to Maersk

SRS Advogados has advised the shareholders of HUUB on its sale to Maersk

Huub, a cloud-based logistics company founded in 2015 and specialised in technology solutions for the fashion industry, was acquired by Maersk, the global shipping and logistics giant. The company was acquired for an undisclosed fee, in the context of its e-commerce investment strategy, with a view to developing a strategic tech hub in Portugal.

The team at SRS Advogados which advised the shareholders of Huub was led by Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira (pictured), partner from the Private Equity & Venture Capital area and included the associates Solange Fernandes and Mariana Azevedo Mendes.
